Rainy Days

Summer is here - June photo's

June has been a great month. Maxx has been changing so much. His vocabulary, getting dressed and undressed on his own, eating and tasting new foods, listening skills and potty trainning is going great. We started a new "game" which includes winning marbles each time he does something good or accomplishes something (liking pooing in the potty or saying thank you and please). So far it has made a huge difference. Once he gets enough marbles we trade them in for prizes. This working a lot better than me caving and giving him prizes randomly - also better on our pocket ;).

Alexa is doing great also. Talking away a storm. People constantly ask if Maxx and her are twins. She is just such a parrot. Amanda our new babysitter is a blessing. She has really helped us so much. She loves the kids so much and is really is consistant with all of the new process we have put in place regarding discpline. We are truly blessed.

Fun in the sun

Today we went to a Birthday Party for the Handall boys. Alexa and Maxx had a blast. Maxx was going down the big slide with the big kids and Alexa hung in the baby pool - not by choice. She kept escaping to the big kids pool and even ended up going down on one the smaller slides.
